Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to Aurai’s website, apps, and related services during the private beta. By using Aurai, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Aurai is a personal productivity workspace. Features, availability, and access rules may change while the product is in private beta. Pricing shown on the marketing site is not final and does not create a paid subscription unless a separate paid agreement says so.
Eligibility and accounts
- App access is currently limited to approved accounts.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Aurai. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.
Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or material you do not have rights to use. Finance, health, and planning tools are for personal organization only — not professional advice.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, the allowlist, or rate limits.
- Do not probe, scrape, or disrupt Aurai infrastructure.
- Do not use Aurai to violate applicable law.
Third-party services
Aurai may integrate with Google sign-in, Apple frameworks on iOS, AI providers you configure, and hosting providers. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to those services.
Beta disclaimer
Aurai is provided “as is” during private beta. Features may be unfinished, change, or break. We work to protect data, but you should keep your own backups of anything critical. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurai and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of CAD $0 (for free beta access) or the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or end beta access if these Terms are violated, if the beta ends, or if we need to protect the service or other users. You may stop using Aurai at any time and can permanently delete your account and data yourself from Settings → Account.
Support
Contact and support requests go through aurai.boo/#contact. There is no public support email address.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Aurai evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
