Download it, open the installer, and sign in with the account you were invited with. It updates itself after that.

Windows may warn you first

The installer isn't code-signed yet, so Windows can show "Windows protected your PC". Choose More info, then Run anyway.

One account on all of them, and everything stays in sync.
