The product
One system for
every moving part.
Most people run their life across a dozen disconnected apps — a planner here, a habit tracker there, a notes app, a budget spreadsheet, a food log. Aurai brings all of it into one calm, private workspace where the pieces actually talk to each other.
The idea is simple: your plans, your habits, your food, your money, and your ideas are all part of one life. So they belong in one place, connected — not scattered across apps that never speak to each other.
The features
Seven connected tools, one workspace.
Each does its job well on its own — and gets better because it shares the same private foundation as the rest.
01 · Planner
Weekly & daily planning
What it is: a calm place to shape your week and work through your days.
What it does: lay out a week, then break any day into a clear, ordered plan. Reusable templates let you drop in a standard week in seconds, and archived weeks keep your history without cluttering today.
How it works: plans live beside your captures and habits, so a loose idea can become a scheduled task, and a habit can show up right where you plan your day.

02 · Habits
Habit tracking & streaks
What it is: a gentle, honest way to build the routines you actually want to keep.
What it does: track daily and scheduled habits, keep streaks, and review your consistency over time with clear analytics — no guilt-trip gamification, just a true picture of how you're doing.
How it works: today's habits surface alongside your plan, so following through is part of your day rather than a separate chore in a separate app.

03 · Capture
Quick capture inbox
What it is: a frictionless inbox for everything that pops into your head.
What it does: jot a task, note, or idea in one keystroke — even by voice — and sort it later. Nothing gets lost between apps or sticky notes.
How it works: a capture can be turned into a planned task or a habit without retyping, so the gap between "I had a thought" and "it's handled" almost disappears.

04 · Macros
Nutrition & macro planning
What it is: a straightforward way to plan and track what you eat.
What it does: log meals, see calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat) at a glance, and plan meals against your goals. Ingredients are parsed for you so logging stays fast.
How it works: your nutrition sits in the same daily view as your habits and plan, so eating well is part of the day, not a separate spreadsheet.

05 · Finance
Personal finance tracking
What it is: a private, no-nonsense picture of your money.
What it does: track accounts and transactions, see balances and totals recalculate live, and keep notes beside the numbers. Recurring items can spawn automatically so your view stays current.
How it works: everything is stored privately in your own workspace — no bank logins required, no data sold, just a clear ledger you control.

06 · Atlas Plus
Your map of life & knowledge
What it is: a visual map that connects the areas, projects, and ideas that make up your life.
What it does: build zones and nodes, draw the connections between them, and see the bigger structure behind your day-to-day — the "why" beneath the tasks.
How it works: Atlas is the connective tissue of Aurai, tying your plans, habits, and captures back to what actually matters to you. It's part of the Plus plan.

07 · Ori AI
Ori, your personal AI
What it is: an assistant that actually knows your workspace.
What it does: ask Ori about your day, your habits, or your plans, and it can read across your data to answer — and propose actions you approve before anything changes.
How it works: Ori works from the same private foundation as everything else, so it's genuinely helpful without your data ever leaving your control. Nothing happens without your say-so.

The foundation
Private by design.
Your workspace is yours. Aurai doesn't sell your data or mine it for ads — the business is the app itself. Everything is backed up and exportable, and you can permanently delete your account and data whenever you want.
Bring the moving parts together.
Aurai is in private beta on web and Windows, with native Mac and iPhone coming later.
